The oldest vines at the NADAL Estate, influenced by very special climatic conditions, produce single-varietal wines with a great deal of personality. The base wine, after a second fermentation in the bottle, requires a minimum of 30 months ageing to develop all its potential and become a Cava Gran Reserva.
It can be identified by its yellow colour with golden or greenish reflections, extremely pleasant and with well-integrated bubbles, full and smooth in the mouth, with complex crianza aromas (candied fruit, honey, cocoa, smoky, etc.) |
