| The predominant grape variety, Parellada ,
comes from old vineyards at the Nadal State.
It was the fist cava to be commercialized specifying the year of the grape harvest
and the bottle number.
It is also available in magnum bottles.
Tasting note: Pale yellow with greenish reflections. Small, fine bubbles.
Perfect balance between the varietal aromas and those produced by its long ageing in the bottle.
Excellent structure and smooth in the mouth
