The oldest vineyards at the Nadal estate, influenced by very special climatic conditions, produce single-varietal wines with a great deal personality. The base wine after its second fermentation in the bottle requires a minimum of thirty months of ageing to develop all its potential and become a Gran Reserva Cava.
It can be identified by its yellow colour with golden reflections, extremely pleasant and well -integrated bubble. Full and silky in mouth with complex aromas due to its long ageing (honey, cocoa, smoked…).
