The ultimate expression of our estate. It is made exclusively from grapes considered exceptional and when the characteristics of the predominant grape variety are the very best.
The oldest vineyards at the Nadal estate, influenced by very special climatic conditions, produce single-varietal wines with a great deal personality. The base wine after its second fermentation in the bottle requires a minimum of thirty months of ageing to develop all its potential and become a Gran Reserva Cava.
It can be identified by its yellow colour with golden reflections, extremely pleasant and well -integrated bubble. Full and silky in mouth with complex aromas due to its long ageing (honey, cocoa, smoked…).
