The appellation Cava Reserva is given to those cavas that are aged in bottle between 15 and 30 months. Pale yellow colour, very integrated and expressive bubble. Structured in mouth, with a balance between the "toasted" aromas - derived from the ageing process - and the fruity aromas that come from the grape variety.
