The tour starts in front of the 100 ha of vineyards, some over 65
years old. At the centre of the vineyards there is a farmhouse, the
winery and the cellar.
Guided tour though the main stages of cava production. Includes a visit to the underground cellar located at 20m down deep where we will see the ageing process and will be testimony of the result of the second fermentation.
THE EXPRESS TASTING
Do you know the difference between a Reserva cava and a Gran Reserva cava?
What is the most suitable temperature to serve cava? Do you know how to read a label? Do you think that any kind of glass is good to taste cava?
Once the visit is finished, we will enter into the world of cavas and wines and make a complete express tasting of Reserva and Gran Reserva cavas and a white wine. We will learn how to taste properly making a visual, olfactory and gustatory analysis.
