From the 2000 harvest that took place in October the 2nd and 16th, we produced 7.460 bottles of 50 cl. From this production, 6.853 bottles were commercialized, and the 607 remaining bottles went to Family Reserve.
This product will increase its values into the bottle at least for the next ten years.
We highly recommend it with foie gras, blue cheese and caviar.
