The thorough knowledge of local varieties in our property, macabeo,
xarel•lo and parellada, has been the starting point to make cavas,
white wines and balsamic vinegar with own personality.
Harvest is made patiently, vineyard to vineyard, and from the fresh grape we get the essence, the flower must. The elaboration process, that in the majority of cases overcomes four years, determines a final product made conscientiously.
The guaranty of quality of each Nadal bottle, is in the traditional conrad and fermenting of our grapes exclusively from our estate, based in a centennial experience and in the thorough respect for nature.
